refitted Deception in Sydney in 84, she was renamed to Thirlmere and now lives
in Townsville I think".

the start of Mooloolaba race Thirlmere with Simon Green on the stick got to
close to the pigs and drove the keel through hull & sunk on the beach at
Lady Jane beach"
