2022 December, comment & pictures from Facebook, "This was,and still could be a beautifull Beneteau First es 30 fin keeled sailing boat. It was neglected due to owners Ill health for the last 10 years or so. It is going to need many hours and much €’s to get it fit for purpose. It is sad looking but fully complete with all rigging and 4 self tailing winches. This is a stripped out racing boat not a cruising version. There is a full set of sails but these are unlikely to be much good as they weren’t stored properly. Engine and gearbox were all good when last used, the folding prop is perfect . The engine is a diesel Yanmar 8hp with a “V” drive through a mechanical gearbox. The hull is undamaged and currently holding about 16” of rainwater . It is sitting on a welded holding frame with four acrow props supporting it. There is no trailer. Sensible offers only from serious people. If you have the determination and the time and abilities it would be a fantastic project. If this craft was in new condition it would sell for around €65000, so your final figure to own this boat would be around €12000 at my estimation to include new sails and other items.
