'Illes Pitiuses' (IRL-1392) For Sale. In 2011 the boat was purchased
in Palma and brought to Cowes where she underwent a professional refit by
Anthony Hain...es and his team at Alpha Plus. For the past three years the
boat has constantly being updated and after numerous top 10 race finishes
in the 2014 Coutts QTC finally finishing in 5th position.
November, For Sale, Her name comes from the Catalan. "Illes Pitiüses
", old name of the set of the islands Ibiza and Formentera. Translated
it would mean: Pine tree Island’s. She was built by TUKAN of Ibiza in
1983 designed by the famous designer Fauroux. In 2011 the boat was purchased
in Palma and brought to Cowes where she under went a professional refit by
Anthony Haines and his team at Alpha Plus. For the past three years the boat
has constantly being updated and after numerous top 10 race finishes in the
2014 Coutts Quarter Ton cup finally finishing in 5th position. Hull/ Deck
Construction: Boat constructed of a balsta core. New keel floor fitted, New
Rudder and bearing fitted, New chain Plates for swept back spreaders fitted
New Bow Chain Plate fitted, All new stations and pulpits fitted, New Mills
designed keel fitted standard for the QT fleet. All Harken Deck Fittings,
Spin Lock Tiller Extension
