For Sale, Contessa 35, 'PEAU D’BOUC', An opportunity to pick up a genuine
classic – this Contessa 35 has been in the ownership of the same French
couple since 1978 . The owner stopped sailing last year at the age of 87 but
he has used and loved this boat for the last 38 years! As a member of the RORC
he has put her through her paces competing in many offshore campaigns including
5 Fastnets (including 1979). Now reluctantly for sale for a snip at 25,000 euros.
Monsieur Simon does speak limited English but any problems with translation
call the Jeremy Rogers yard. Racer cruiser designed by Doug Peterson and built
by Jeremy Rogers in 1975. Dimensions: • Length : 10.21 metres •

Panther’ 25 HP (1975) • 2 x 12 v batteries fuel tank: 35 litres;

2 foldable pilot berths and sail locker • Galley with cooker and oven,
fridge, sink and 120 litre water tank; Equipment: • 12 winches, mast,

autopilot • 12/240V interverter, furling headsail. Sails: • Around
15-20 different sails including; 4 spinnakers, big boy, tall boy, floater, drifter,
