1980 Plan Antonio Ferrer,

The first one was designed by Antonio José Ferrer and built in 1980, 37 foot, sail number BRA 177, was later sold to the Brazilian Navy and renamed Sargaço. This boat raced in the 1980 and 1981 One Ton Cups as Carro Chefe and in the 1983 One Ton Cup as Sargaço.

2015 January, mail from Antonio Ferrer, designer: "She was modified for cruising and as far as I know is bumping around the world".

2019 9 novembre, Facebook, "Hier, 08/11/19, j'ai pris ces photos du bateau toujours sous le nom de nord, sortant en solitaire, de Fidji en direction de la nouvelle-Calédonie. Le bateau a été complètement modifié, le propriétaire actuel a acheté du et a augmenté la cabine, en arrière le cockpit et en ouvrant la poupe. Il a quitté le Brésil il y a quelques années et vit au Vietnam, où il a l'intention de venir, de bons vents"

2015 January, mail from Antonio Ferrer, designer: "A sailor by the name of Eduardo Louro bought the boat, renamed to “Miss Global” and started the old “The BOC Challenge 1986-87”, unfortunately she broke the rudder on the first leg, he run out of money and sold the boat for scrap and parts. The boat is gone."
