2010 Commander Chris Thomassy, Director, U.S. Naval Academy Sailing, announced that Mr and Mrs John Kilroy Jnr of Malibu and San Francisco, CA have donated their modified TransPac IRC 52 racing sailboat Samba Pa Ti to the Varsity Offshore Sailing Team (VOST) program at the United States Naval Academy.

20 February, Irie made it to Baltimore, she is ready to be loaded onto M/V Hoegh Trooper sailing 25 February 2014.
2 April, Irie makes it to Port Zayed (Abu Dhabi)
23 April, Ideesfix VIII is now resting comfortably on a pantoon, a bit of assembly is still required....


12 July, launch day,

9 October, IdeesfixVIII sailed out for the first time from Emirates Palace Marina in Abu Dhabi.  Winds were 330 degrees at 12 kts
13 décembre, sailed out today to intercept the arriving first three VOR 65, first came Brunel, then Dong Feng followed by ADOR.  The arrival was in light wind but in beautifull weather, an other great day on the water.
