Built to the TP 52 rule by Goetz custom yachts, and designed by Farr Yacht design, she started life out as BRIGHTSTAR, (2nd overall IRC Newport to Bermuda 2004 ) with her two sistership ESMERELDA and SJAMBOK being built out of the same mold. In 2007 she was sold too her present owner and named QUEST, ( 2008 Sydney to Hobart overall race winner) where she has been the most successful IRC racer in Australia the last 3 years. In 2009 she has had a new new fin and bulb to improve her IRC rating and increase her speed and along with that all new sails for 2010. Owner is open to all offers
